Guild Chat

Every Virtual Guild has a chat inbox. Players can send messages to the guild directly. Members can ask about upcoming games, check availability, or get recommendations from the community.

Guild Chat works like a direct message (DM) — it's a private, 1:1 conversation between a single member and the guild, not a group chat. Other members can't see what you send or the guild's replies.

For Guild Managers

As a Guild Manager, you send and receive messages on behalf of the guild. The guild appears as the sender in the conversation (not a personal account).

Every Guild shows as separate tab in your Orb Chats. Unread indicator will include Guild inbox too, so you don't miss anything.

Welcome message

Guild Owners can set a Welcome Message — a short introduction shown to members when they first open a chat with the guild. Use it for: what the guild is about, how quickly you respond, links to resources, or any other information.
