Virtual Guilds

Virtual Guilds are community spaces on Orb where Game Masters and players can gather around a shared place: a club, a crew, a local play group, or an online community.

What You Can Do with Guilds

🐲 New Game Booking Experience

Show Games from Approved GMs directly on the guild page. So your Guild Members can discover and book games from their trusted GMs without needing to search the whole site. At any time Members can chat with the Guild to ask about games or get recommendations.

📋 Run a Noticeboard

Create a blog, post session recaps or community updates. Members can react and subscribe to your feed.

📍 Scope your Presence

Define where and how your group plays: online with a timezone and platform links or/and in person with a venue address and opening hours.

🏰 Build a Guild Identity

Give your community page on OrbRPG, list links to your social platforms so members can find you everywhere you play. Guild pages are promoted to search engine indexing, so your community can be found by new players and GMs.

👥 Invite Guild assistants!

Is it hard to do everything yourself? Invite other members to help manage your Guild. Guilds have additional roles to share responsibilities.

Who can Create a Guild?

Virtual Guilds are currently in Beta. Core functionality is live but the feature is still evolving based on feedback from early users.
