Guild Noticeboard
The Noticeboard is an optional announcement board add-on you can enable for your guild. Use it to share Guild news, session recaps, event stories, or anything your community should know about.
Enabling the Noticeboard
The Noticeboard is off by default. As an Owner, turn it on from your guild settings. Once active, a notice feed appears on your guild's public page and a management section opens for Managers. You can disable it at any time without losing any existing notices.
Who can post
Managers can create and publish notices. As an Owner, you can edit anyone's notice, pin one to the top of the feed, or delete any notice. Managers can create and edit their own notices but can't touch ones written by others.
Drafts and Publishing
Every notice starts as a draft. Only Managers can see it until you publish. When you publish, it goes live based on the visibility you choose. When a notice has run its course, move it back to draft to pull it from the feed. It stays saved and you can publish it again later.
Who sees what
Notice visibility builds on top of your guild's own access. There are two guild types:
- Public guild — anyone can find and view the guild page
- Private guild — only members can view the guild page; joining is limited
Guild access is checked first. Then, for each notice, you choose an audience:
- Public — anyone who can already see the guild page, including logged-out users on a Public guild
- Members Only — signed-in guild members
- Unlisted — accessible only via direct link; won't appear in the feed
So on a Private guild, even a "Public" notice only reaches members. Non-members can't get to the guild page in the first place.
Pinning a notice
Pin one notice to keep it anchored at the top of the feed — handy for a temporary updates, or highlighting. Only one notice can be pinned at a time, and only Owners can pin.
Cover images
Add a cover image to a notice to make the feed more visual. Covers are cropped to 2:1 and recommended resolution is 1200x600px.
Linked games
Attach any game to your notice to feature it — handy when the notice is about a specific system or event, so the matching game is shown right alongside it.
Below the featured game, a few open games from your guild are also surfaced automatically by our recommendation algorithm — so readers can jump straight to booking without going back to the guild page.
