Guild Noticeboard
A guild lives between sessions too. The Noticeboard is where it speaks: news, session recaps, stories from your last event. Each thing you publish there is a Post.
The Noticeboard is an add-on, so switch it on in the guild settings first. Switching it off later hides the board but keeps every post.
Managers write the posts. Owners can also fix or remove anyone's post, and pin one post to the top of the feed to show the most important or the latest news.
Drafts
Every post starts as a draft that only managers see. When it is ready, publish it for the audience you chose. If a post is no longer needed, turn it back into a draft. It disappears from the feed, but it is not deleted, so you can publish it again later.
Who sees a post
You choose an audience for each post. Who it reaches also depends on your guild, because a private guild is closed to outsiders:

An unlisted post never shows in the feed, so share its link where you need it.
Pictures in a post
A post can have a cover and illustrations inside the text. Image Sizes shows what size fits each one.
Games in a post
Attach a game to a post, and it appears right next to the story. A few other open games from your guild follow below it, so a reader can go from the story to a seat without leaving the post.
