Guild Chat
A player with a question about your games should not have to guess which of your GMs to ask. Guild Chat gives them one address: they write to the guild, and the guild answers.
It works like a direct message, with the player on one side and the guild's managers on the other. Other members of the guild never see it.
Answering as the guild
Whichever manager replies, the player sees the guild's name, not theirs. If you are a manager, the guild has its own tab in your chats, so its questions stay apart from your own conversations.
A guild can greet people with a welcome message the first time they write: what the guild is about, how fast it usually replies, where to read more.
Turning it off, or sending people elsewhere
Guild Chat is on by default. Switch it off in the guild settings, and the chat button disappears from your guild page.
Already answering people in your own Discord or WhatsApp group? A verified guild can send the button there instead. Our admins verify guilds, so write to us in Discord if you need it.
