Games on the Guild Page

Members trust the Game Masters they already know. The guild page shows the games those GMs run, so members find their next table without searching the whole site.

Approved GMs

Only Approved GMs can add their games to the guild page, right away or at any time later. Managers choose who is approved.

Attach Game to Guild

Games already added stay on the guild page even after their GM's approval ends, until someone detaches them. A game belongs to one guild at a time.

What attaching changes

An attached game carries the guild's badge everywhere it appears on OrbRPG, so players see which community stands behind it.

Managers can also help run it, players included, which matters when one team looks after many tables. The GM's still the owner of game, and can detach it from the guild when needed. See Game Lifecycle.

Managers also see the guild's closed games, and can reopen them.
