Guild Presence

Presence lets you describe where and how your guild gathers. It's made up of two optional add-ons — Online Guild and Guild Venue — that you can enable independently of each other.

Enabling the Guild Venue

Guild Presence is off by default. As an Owner, turn the add-on on from your guild settings. Once active, it appears on the guild's public page. You can disable it at any time without losing any saved settings.

Online Guild (Online Presence)

Online Guild describes the digital side of your guild.

You can set:

  • Timezone — when your sessions typically run
  • Region — country, division, and city for players looking for a local online community
  • Platform links — named links to the platforms you use (Discord server, Roll20 campaign, Foundry game, etc.)

Guild Venue (In-Person Presence)

Guild Venue is for clubs or groups that meet at a physical location.

You can set:

  • Venue name and address — the place where you meet
  • Opening hours — when the venue is open
  • Amenities — what the venue offers (table space, dice, snacks, and so on)

All attributes are optional, so you can describe your guild's presence as much or as little as you like.
