Game Lifecycle
Publishing is not the end of a listing. The game stays yours to change: you open and close booking, fix the text, put the game away when the campaign ends, and bring it back when you need more players.
Every action below sits in the menu on your own game card, and all your games are gathered on the "My Games" page, split into "Games" and "Archive".
Open, closed, archived
"Open Booking" puts the game in the games list where players find it. The seats show on the card, and anyone can write to you about a place.
"Close Booking" stops that. The game leaves the list, its page still works for anyone holding the link, and the card says "Booking is closed". Nothing is lost. Your players stay, and so does the Game Chat Room.
"Archive" is for a game you are done with. It moves to the "Archive" tab, out of the way of what you run now, and comes back whenever you want.
A game moves between these statuses at any time, in any order, and nothing about the listing is lost on the way.
Editing
"Edit" opens the same form you filled in at the start. Save, and the change is live everywhere at once: the card, the page and the preview of any link you shared.
Players are not in that form. They have their own place, "Manage Players", and you can open it from anywhere you see your game. See Managing Players.
A game left alone closes itself
An open game you have not touched for a few weeks closes on its own, and OrbRPG writes to you when that happens. This keeps the games list honest for players, who have no way to tell an old listing from a live one. Reopen it in one click, and any edit you make starts the count again.
Games attached to a guild
A game can belong to one of your guilds. You choose the guild while you create the game, or at any time later. The list offers the guilds that approved you as their Game Master.
An attached game shows up on the guild's page among its other tables, and the people who run that guild can help you run it, players included. It stays your game in every other way: your profile, your "My Games", and only you can archive or delete it.
Deleting
"Delete" is the one action with no way back. The listing goes away for everyone, and OrbRPG cannot bring it back for you. If there is any chance you run this game again, archive it instead.
